Trust & Safety

Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of GlowMall. By using the platform, you agree to them.

Last updated: June 12, 2026

1. Who we are

GlowMall (“GlowMall”, “we”, “us”) operates an online marketplace that connects clients with independent beauty professionals. We are a venue and facilitator; we are not the provider of the beauty services and we do not employ the professionals listed.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Bookings

A booking is a direct agreement between a client and a professional. When you book, you agree to the service details, price, location type and the provider's cancellation policy shown at checkout. Professionals agree to deliver the booked service with reasonable skill and care.

4. Payments & fees

Payments are processed and protected as described in our Payment Security policy. Professionals pay a platform commission of 10% on completed bookings. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

5. Professional obligations

  • Hold any licences, registrations or insurance required to provide your services lawfully.
  • Honour confirmed bookings, quoted prices and your stated policies.
  • Represent your work and credentials honestly; do not use others' portfolio images.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You may not use the platform for anything unlawful, harmful or fraudulent, attempt to take bookings or payments off-platform to avoid fees, scrape data, or interfere with the service.

7. Reviews & content

You retain ownership of content you post but grant GlowMall a licence to host and display it to operate the marketplace. Reviews must reflect a genuine, completed booking. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is”. GlowMall does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of services booked through it, and is not a party to the service contract between client and professional. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowMall is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of professionals or clients. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, harm other users, or create legal or security risk. You may close your account at any time.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to our support team using the email on this page.

Note: This is a starting template for an early-stage marketplace and is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it.
