GlowMall works because people treat each other with respect and honesty. These are the standards we hold everyone to.

Be respectful

Treat clients and professionals with courtesy. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats or abusive behaviour are not tolerated and can result in removal from the platform.

Be honest

  • Professionals: represent your skills, pricing and availability accurately, and only post portfolio work that is your own.
  • Clients: provide accurate booking details and show up for confirmed appointments.
  • Reviews must reflect a genuine, completed booking. No fake, paid or retaliatory reviews.

Keep it on-platform

Book, message and pay through GlowMall. Taking payments off-platform removes your payment protection, avoids platform fees, and is grounds for suspension.

Health & safety

Professionals should follow good hygiene and safety practices and hold any licences their services require. Clients should disclose allergies or conditions relevant to a service. For home and event services, both parties should agree on a safe, suitable space.

Prohibited

  • Illegal activity, or services that are unlawful where they are provided.
  • Soliciting off-platform payments, spam, or misleading promotions.
  • Sharing other people's private information without consent.
  • Attempts to manipulate ratings, search ranking or verification.

Reporting & enforcement

If you see behaviour that breaks these guidelines, report it through our Trust & Safety page. We review reports and may warn, suspend or remove accounts. Serious breaches may also be referred to the relevant authorities.
