What this covers
Professionals publish photos and videos of their work on GlowMall, and clients publish reviews. Each person is responsible for what they publish. This page explains how to tell us about content that should not be there.
- Photos, videos or text used without the permission of the person who made them.
- Work presented as the professional's own when it is not.
- Content that pretends to be another person or business.
- Content that is offensive, or that shows private information.
How to report
Every portfolio item and every review on a professional's page has a Report link. It opens a short form. You do not need an account.

What a copyright report must include
- Your name and an email address where we can reach you.
- What the original work is, and where it can be seen.
- Which content on GlowMall uses it. The Report link records this for you.
- Your statement that the report is accurate, and that you own the work or are allowed to act for the owner.
What we do
- We confirm by email that we received the report.
- A member of our team reviews it. We aim to do this within 3 business days.
- If the content breaks our rules, we remove it and tell the person who published it, with the reason.
- We write to you with the outcome, whatever it is.
We do not give your name or email to the person who published the content, unless the law requires it.
If your content was removed
Write to support@glowmall.app and explain why the content is yours to publish, with anything that shows it. We review every objection and restore content that was removed by mistake.
Repeated cases
An account that repeatedly publishes other people's work can be suspended or closed.
False reports
Reports are taken seriously, so please send them in good faith. We may stop accepting reports from a person who knowingly sends false ones.
